I can't join the server because it detects "a previously banned alt account?" I haven't played since a week or so- and I haven't joined from any alt accounts-

Hi,

I'm confused right now- because when I try to join the server "a message pops up (stating) that a previously alt account has been banned"

First of all "I haven't played for about a week an a half- Second of all "The only time I had joined from alt account/s was the very first time I was permanently banned and I joined like from 2 different accounts and almost instantly got banned and I haven't tried since." "That's in the past now"

Could you guys please fix this issue.
