This is because we believe it is unfair and irresponsible to hand such powerful commands to someone who has never been part of the staff team. This does not mean that we dont trust you but much rather because we believe that someone who has the ability to give unlimited items to people should first prove their responsibility and trustworthiness by serving time as a moderator. If we were to hire an event manager we believe its smarter to hire someone from our team first. This doesnt mean you are disallowed from hosting your roullete events, but we are simply not in favor of giving you these perms yet.
