Promotes / Demotes Following ranks are sorted ascendently: Trial Moderator Promoted to Moderator if trial period ends successfully Demoted if trial period is unsuccessful and kicked from the team Moderator Promoted to Senior Moderator after 1 month as Moderator minimum Demoted if too much warns / inactive and kicked from the team Senior Moderator Promoted to Administrator if a slot is open and after 3 months as Staff minimum Demoted to Moderator if too much warns / inactive (or kicked if deemed necessary) Administrator No promotion is available for that rank, only 3 slots available at once Demoted to Senior Moderator if too much warns / inactive (or kicked if deemed necessary) 2. Moderation ranks ✨ Trial Moderator What is it? Trial Moderator is the entry point to all new staff members at Holtyx. This is a period where their moderation skills, staff collaboration and so on will be tested to see if they can fit with our team. Main tasks in-game moderation collaboration with our team helping players In-game permissions access to basic commands (mute, gag, respawn, etc.) able to give warns to players access to logs and warns view ⭐️ Moderator What is it? Moderator is our intermediary in-game staff rank. They are members that successfully passed their trial period and shown that they can moderate and collaborate efficiently. Main tasks advanced in-game moderation better collaboration with our team helping players weekly feedback to administration In-game permissions access to most commands able to view and give warns to players able to directly ban players if needed access to logs and player database Other permissions dedicated channel to provide weekly feedback to administration vote on new staff applications 🌟 Senior Moderator What is it? Senior Moderator is our last in-game moderation dedicated rank. They are members that are trust-worthy and properly moderated during a long timespan. Main tasks advanced in-game moderation better collaboration with our team helping players weekly feedback to administration In-game permissions access to most commands able to view, give and remove warns of players able to directly ban players if needed access to logs and player database Other permissions vote on new staff applications (2x power) dedicated channel to provide weekly feedback to administration ☄️ Administrator What is it? Administrator is our ultimate game staff related rank. They have the highest moderation responsibilities, along with management duties. Main tasks in-game moderation staff team management (ranks, applications, etc.) feedback gathering from staff & players game ticket management along with ban appeals represents the frontline of Holtyx management to the community In-game permissions access to all commands able to view, give and remove warns of players able to directly ban players access to logs and player database access to some extra tools (anticheat, anti-exploit, etc.) access to rank management tools Other permissions decide on new staff applications dedicated channel to discuss with higher-ups access to game tickets / ban appeals forum & store permissions Discord minimal permissions 3. Extra ranks 📦 Content Manager What are they? They are in charge of preparing future content updates and managing in-game items. What do they do? ➝ map pool management ➝ skins / cases / items management ➝ prepare battle pass ➝ report interesting suggestions to dotCore ➝ gather player's feedback regarding content How to apply? You can contact @dotCore if you meet the following requirements : ➝ be a Staff ➝ have at least a Moderator rank 📣 Community Manager What are they? They are in charge of the moderation and management of our official public Discord. Besides, they represent the frontline between Holtyx community and administration, gathering member's feedback while relaying relevant information to public. What do they do? ➝ moderates and sanction rule breakers ➝ enforce our Discord server rules ➝ create and manage community events ➝ take care of public announcements How to apply? You can create a ticket on our Discord server if you meet the following requirements : ➝ be a Discord member since at least 6 months ➝ have clean records on our Discord server ➝ be able to fluently speak in English (bonus point for other languages) ➝ be active on Discord and available on a daily basis ➝ have minimal knowledge of Discord moderation tools & bots 💼 Mentor What are they? They are in charge of accompanying newcomers while providing useful resources to community. Besides, they can collaborate with our Staff team to ensure a safe environment. What do they do? ➝ write up useful forum guides regarding our platforms ➝ welcome and help newcomers, in-game or anywhere ➝ relay issues that might affect player's safety to staff team ➝ minimal moderation commands in-game (if no staff is online) How to apply? You can create a ticket on our Discord server if you meet the following requirements : ➝ have clean records on our servers and be trust-worthy ➝ be able to fluently speak and write in English (bonus point for other languages) ➝ have minimal knowledge of our gameservers and platforms ➝ be a retired / active Staff (bonus point)
