General rules Holtyx Games is composed of online gameservers accessible with a paid Garry's Mod copy, which can be suspended at any time if deemed necessary Players must follow bellow rules when using our platforms Any player is held solely responsible for their account (official holder or not) Holtyx Games is hosted in France, and is therefore subject to French regulations If you believe a staff member behaved in a wrong way, with players or in general, you can report them here This list is not exhaustive: a sanction may be applied if your behavior, your account or your actions are judged as inappropriate by a staff member 2. Communication rules The following are prohibited in our chats: talking in a not allowed language (English / French / German / Russian / Bulgarian) mature content, some players are underage and therefore shouldn't be exposed to 18+ discussions (sexual, political, etc.) insults, even slight ones, towards another player, staff member or the server flood, meaningless communications that aim to saturate a voice / text chat spam, repeating a message multiple times within a short time range (this includes CAPS spam) provocation, towards anyone (any form of belittling, mockery, systematic opposition, etc.), with the aim of provoking a conflictual situation with them advertisement, of any kind, of a third-party platform (websites, YouTube channels, etc.) currency beg, asking for coins / gems to other players, even if you're a newcomer discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, transphobia, etc.) accusing a player or a staff member (use this to report them) identity theft, of a notorious person or anyone DDoS / DoX threats, legit or not blackmailing ("give me X coins or I focus you") any voluntary action or incentive that could cause a server slowdown or crash dissemination or request of personal information (even with consent) 3. Game rules 3.1. All gameservers The following are prohibited: using an alt account to bypass a sanction playing with multiple GMod instances at once (eg: with Sandboxie) using any third-party software / device that gives you an unfair advantage over players using something to prevent being flagged by our AntiAFK using a modified Garry's Mod client (you will most likely be flagged and kicked under 20ms) using a VPN to bypass an IP restriction (includes proxies, socks5, etc.) using / publishing Holtyx Games assets or source files using any kind of exploit / usebug using a duplicated item, or an item that you shouldn't have access to 3.2. Pedobear specific The following are prohibited on our Pedobear server: spoiling player's fun, includes team-working with Killers, suiciding or being AFK ghosting, aka revealing player's position to Killers while being dead going to a one-way spot, a place where Killers can't come back to the map or are forced to die chibi boost exploit, aka using the small size to make yourself not reachable
