As for my experience:

I've worked as a Discord moderator  on various servers,

I've been a CS:GO HR/staff member
These roles gave me solid experience with moderation, communication, and keeping communities safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Now that I have the time again, I’d love to contribute to the server as a staff member.
I know it could be a little early application but just wanted to give it a shot since I have infinite tries as long as I keep playing lol
