Let's begin from a beginning of the reasons why I got banned in the first place
- Out of bounds, 2 times on kakariko. Why did I choose to break the rule ? I honestly have no reason to break it other than I wanted to try to see if I could do it, so I did.
I also got a warning from it, which I think is completly fair.
- Forbidden spots, on triphouse. I did it in the total of 4 times that day, and the two first of them were 100% on purpose, because I wanted to troll Xale for staying there for 30 seconds after he felt, and he only respawned himself after 1 minute. The two other times I tried standing on the pixel behind the box, right over the forbidden spot, but I felt. I also think the sanction is 100% fair.
- Propsurf on Titanic, totally on purpose too. I wanted a day to feel like an "user player" without any responsibilities, and the punishment is fair too.
All of the provided data over me lead into a 1 day ban, which is 100% fair. I got treated by the warning, and got one day to slow down.
I'm unbanned again, and I join right away. The start of the day I really don't break in rules, and if you ask me, I broke one rule.
I changed my name into "You are fucking gay" as a fun name to go around with. I can promise you 1000%, that it weren't against any people as a insult.
This reason is one of the ones for my perm ban, which I think is 100% UNFAIR. I will tell you why. I got of course got kicked to change my name, as I did right after. Panda kicked me. The kick is 100% fair
And to the final rule where I abused my customtag as a bypass of nword 100%, but I have my reasons why so.
Can you guys tell me why it is 100% fine to call etc. an person "a digga" the German word for bro. We had our discussions about it, that it really didn't count as a bypass, because the Germans are using it quite often, or used to on the server.
The word "Nego" means Him in Bulgarian, and is to be honest the fricking same thing in the end.
This is the first reason why I was 45% sure that it were fine to use, until someone snitched to dotCore. I can of course see in your eyes, that it look like a bypass, and it were my intention 100% too. I have further reasons why I also think it is foolish to punish me for it, but that is a different story, that I won't win due to special treatment of course.
Before I explain the ban, I would like to point out a really important rule that I know for the fact, dotCore ALWAYS managed to follow whatever what.. just not now.
I can even point out an example for this even tho the example is dumb, but I'd do it anyway, because I think it will be helpful for the understanding.
I told you dotCore in direct messages that Panda & Kiez may sanction Walone due their private reasons, which in the end is SPECIAL TREATMENT. You wrote polite and fair in the admin chat, that it weren't fine to do so. Due to their past, and it would'nt look pro as an admin.
She broke their trust, and I broke you guys trust by during the break of rules. Complety same action, but in different terms of course. This will make sense with the following under here.
I know as any administration, you aren't allowed to do any special treatment to a person due to their behavior, old warnings, rule breaker, past, a bad boy or if the person were gay or black. This is just few of the small ones that, you have too look after.
I left the administration team, due to many reasons, where ONE of them were "To be like others". It got boring for me being administration after so long time, so I left to like a user, to be treated like them.
I would say that I got 100% special treated by you dotCore, due to my past ranks and knowledge. It shouldn't affect my playtime after I left the team. I am a user, and I deserve the same sanctions, even tho it is silly and foolish.
All the rules I've been breaking would count at least for 5d-1w of a ban. It's not fair, that you are comin on to ban me perm with the reason "Stop breaking every rule" when I weren't even trying to do so on my SECOND day.
I got told that the staff weren't going to warn me, due to my past ranks?? What the fudge is even that? I'm begging to treat me like other users, and not this special treatment.
Okay, I got perm banned after having fun like others, breaking rules. I might have the better knowledge than others, which is true. But I know for the fact other people know the rule too, and yet still break them as I'd too. But just because I were old admin, of course I deserve different special treatment, which I think ITS NOT OKAY.
as an example: I wouldn't permban Pu if she went OOB, propsurfed or fucking went racist. She's a user, but old admin, but it shouldn't affect her sanctions. It's unfair treatment and special treatment. We weren't also not treating the same person differently due their behavior, just because that person were a bitch.
Reason why to unban me this time:
I really have few reasons why I am here again to appeal, but I need to do it, so my reasons make sense.
I am appealing now here due to my concerns of my rules that I broke. I can of course see that it is a bit foolish, and stupid of an old administration break the rules as I did. It were never seen in the story of holtyx / waurum, and I think it count a piece here for me. I were simply tired of everything in the administration due to sanction people, and being it. I wanted to experience the break thing, I've been administration for the past many years on and off once. I really never tried to break a rule myself as a user, and I wanted actually feel the sanction, warning or the ban from it.
I am over it now 100%, I felt the pain in it, and the warnings, and I am ready to come back as an adult again, and not leave a child.
I used a lot of time in this appeal, so you guys can tell I mean it, and aren't joking around about it.
Even tho I think this ban perm ban is unfair, but on the occasions I will say that I understand now, and I won't do it again.
But I am just begging for mercy, and to be treated "normally" as the other players. My experience shouldn't affect anything.
As any other occasions that this appeal is too early, simply just don't respond yet until you guys feel for it. This is the only one I will make. Respond to it, when you have discussed it fully.
dotCore, you can even remove my custom tag if you want, so I won't do it again,but also due to my abuse of it. I see it as 100% fair that you remove it, beause I abused it.
I even suggest to give me 5 warnings within the unban, with the upfollowing rules I'd broke.

I can promise that I won't break any rules again, since the period is over. I felt how it was, and I don't want to do it again. I just want to experience the community again, and the great updates. Play with my friends on there, make more great times.
